Psychotherapy is my passion. I have a strong belief in the mind, body, and spirit connection and utilize a holistic approach to treat my clients. While incorporating cognitive behavioral therapy I help my clients work through a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues. Creating a trusting therapeutic relationship with my clients is of the utmost importance to me.

My education includes a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from Flagler College received in 2001, a Master of Arts (MA) in Counseling Psychology and an Educational Specialist (Ed.S) in Counseling Psychology from Seton Hall University received in 2008. I am a professional member of the American Counseling Association (ACA).

Currently, I am a registered intern in the state of Florida, completing my hours for licensure. In addition, I am working on a certification in Play Therapy.

While providing a professional and supportive environment I help facilitate my clients to face challenging personal and interpersonal issues. My past work experience includes individual, couple, family and group therapy. While I am not limited to working with women, I have had an emphasis in working with women and adolescent girls. Some of the issues I have treated include low self-esteem, body image, eating disorders as well as women’s health issues such as adapting to pregnancy, preparing for childbirth, sexuality after children, menopause, infertility, pregnancy loss and postpartum depression.
